I am a general psychiatrist who treats adults 18 years of age and older. I have been practicing 40+ years in a variety of settings and have seen a wide range of psychiatric conditions. I remain enthusiastic about each new patient. My practice is client centered so that treatment is individualized & collaborative with the expectation that the client is committed to looking within him/herself in order to a better life. Treatment consists of insight oriented psychotherapy; medications prescribed as needed to support the therapeutic process. After a thorough evaluation I will give you feedback about the problems presented, will recommend a course of treatment and together set goals. Treatment is carried out in a thoughtful, non-judgmental & nurturing environment.
